We would love to have you as guests at Marksville Manor. We do require a signed lease/rental agreement (Click this link to read agreement) and you agree in writing to uphold our policies.

Our Cancellation Policy

Since we depend on this property as part of our livelihood, we must strictly enforce our cancellation policy.

• If you cancel your reservation 20 days in advance of your reservations, and we are able to rebook the property, we will refund your deposit minus a 10% service charge.
   

• If we are unable to rebook the house, you will forfeit your deposit.
   

• You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel less than 20 days prior to your reservation.
   

• Upon arrival, deposit is non-refundable and you are responsible for the full balance of your confirmed stay.
