COUPLES ONLY Rate for Marksville
Manor:
$150 per night
- Marksville Manor is available for a
couple using ONLY the downstairs guestroom and
facilities on the first floor.
- A one night deposit is required at time
of booking.
- Upon arrival full payment for stay is
due.
Rates for Marksville Manor are as follows:

For groups over 6, there is an additional charge of $25 per person

A deposit of 1/2 of the total amount is due upon booking

Bedroom 1
is located downstairs. It is a lovely, light and airy large room with lots
of storage closets and original hardwood floors.
There is an adjoining full size bathroom with full tub and
shower. All linens are provided.
The bedroom features and antique bed with full size mattress.

is located on the second floor. It has it's original hardwood floors. It
features an antique iron bed, oak dresser, Victorian chair and a special family
heirloom wrought iron reading lamp.
Plenty of closet space for guests as well. All linens are
provided.

is located on the second floor. It features a built-in lighted vanity, full
